Dr Hassan is wonderful, but his assistant/secretary was so harsh by just asking a possibility to help bring an appointment to an early date. To the extent he said he can keep the results for a long time and is nothing we can do. He did exactly that. I believe his name is Toufan. He really took advantage and now our case is delayed for no reason just out of hate, discrimination, unprofessionalism. He would not allow to speak with the Dr. the embassy notified us that the Clinique did not send the results. Now he is saying there is a problem with the system unless the embassy open another case. He should have communicated to us and let the doctor know that there is technical issue and request for another case to be opened for submission.
Dr Hassan your assistant is not who think he is. His name is Tiffany he said. He treated me badly and disrespectfully.
